ASCEND partner, University of St. Gallen Institute of Technology Management has released a report on the behavior of public actors, entitled “From business models for public actors to public service provision models: Extending the business model concept to the public sector”.
The report helps to understand why public actors hesitate to adopt business models in their strategies and looks at how different aspects of public and private sectors can be integrated into these models.
