ASCEND participated in Valencia Climate Week, which took place 25 – 28 June and featured several significant events including: Energy Cities Annual Forum "Grafting Cities”, European Urban Resilience Forum (EURESFO) and the Cities Mission Conference. These events provided an incredible opportunity for us to connect with the community, celebrate progress, join forces, and share inspiration.
At the Cities Mission Conference and the Marketplace Exhibition, held in Valencia on June 24-25, 2024, we, in collaboration with our sister project NEUTRALPATH project, engaged with local leaders, decision-makers, and experts to discuss advancements, challenges, and strategic initiatives in addressing the climate crisis.
Attending the event in the 2024 European Green Capital was an invaluable opportunity for learning and collaboration, driving us closer to the goal of achieving climate-neutral cities.
