As there are not a lot of hotels in Charleroi, we advise you to book early in advance.

50 rooms have been pre-booked for the participants of the ASCEND General Assembly (but each participant should finalise and pay for their own booking) before the 1st of March.

It is possible to travel from the airport to the city centre by public transport.

Thirty rooms have been pre-booked for the participants of the ASCEND General Assembly (but each participant should finalise and pay for their own booking) before the 17th of March.

Registration codes for booking will be provided to registered participants.
If there is no room left from the pre-booking, you can try to book at the hotel without the reservation codes (like any other visitor).
